Mentoring Committee

Provides those in public radio with an opportunity to be matched with a mentor to improve skills. Solicits mentors and mentees as needed. Matches mentoring pairs as requested through the year. Follows up with pairs to be sure the team is appropriate. Arranges an opportunity for mentoring teams to meet at the PMDMC.
