PRADO has helped match mentors with new development officers for more than 20 years.  A good mentor can help make the first year of a new career, a new position, or dealing with expanded development duties, a much more productive process.  If you would like to have a mentor, please fill out our application. 

Mentoring brings value to everyone involved.  As a mentor, you:

    • give back to the public radio system and contribute to its long-term health;

    • improve and expand your leadership, interpersonal and communications skills;

    • get the satisfaction of knowing you invested in an emerging professional, and     helped them reach their potential.
